At Oasisprint customer satisfaction is our main priority.  Should you be dissatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us and let us know why. We will then reprint your order for you without further charge, or grant you equivalent credit for a future order on our website.  

Credits/reprints do not apply to spelling/punctuation mistakes, inferior image quality of uploaded files that have been proof-approved during your order process, and errors in finishing selection made on the website. You may be asked to email us photos of your order if we cannot find any technical problems - this will help us understand what went wrong with our process.
