File Preparation

To ensure your product is printed properly you should make sure your files adhere to the following requirements. If we receive files that do not meet these requirements, there is a danger that we won't be able to print your all-important order.

Note: You may download design templates from the product pages under the "specifications & templates" tab.

File Types

Our preferable file type is "PDF", we also accept the following image file types "JPG", "TIFF", "BMP", "PNG".

Size

Artwork should be proportionate to the final full size piece with 3mm bleed.

Fold Marks

Fold marks are to show where the fold/s will be on products such as Flyers and Leaflets. To ensure that your design is not printed over the fold please keep the marks within each panel’s safe margin.

Fonts

Outline and embed all fonts, if using a PDF file.

Resolution

We request that all of our artwork is supplied at high-resolution 300 DPI at final size. This will enable us to give you the best results possible. Please do not compress images.

Colour

Process art should be specified as CMYK. RGB files will be converted to CMYK if this is necessary then your colours may be affected.
