  1. How do I order? top
  2. We have a very simple ordering process and all orders are taken via our website. The process is clearly explained in the How To Order tab at the top of the page.

  3. Do I receive a proof before you start printing? top
  4. Yes. Once you have placed your order a proof will be emailed to you. You need to approve the proof in order for us to begin printing your product.

  5. What type of files do you accept? top
  6. We accept all of the following:

    • .PDF
    • .JPG (.JPE, .JPEG)
    • .TIF (.TIFF)
    • .PNG
    • .GIF
    • .BMP

  7. If I send my files to print, how long will it take? top
  8. This depends on which product you order, since some products are more complicated than others to produce. For specific product turnaround times, please check the 'Turnaround' tab on the specific page for each product.

  9. How is my order delivered? top
  10. Your order will be delivered by an Oasisprint-approved delivery merchant. We work with several merchants to find you the best price on delivering what can often be an extremely heavy product. For all quantities we offer 24 hour delivery as a standard, and then on some small quantities we also offer 3-day & 5-day shipping to pass on savings to your business.

  11. Can you deliver on Weekends? top
  12. Unfortunately no, your products will be delivered between Monday-Friday.

  13. How do I send my files? top
  14. For information on how to upload files to our system, please visit the upload section on our How To Order page.

  15. Do I have to pay VAT? top
  16. All products will be subject to a charge of 20%. All invoices can be downloaded from the "My Account" page, which will contain all the information necessary to reclaim your VAT, provided of course that you are a registered business.

  17. What happens if I am unable to find the size/product I want? top
  18. Visit our Contact Us page and send us an email letting us know what exactly you need. If we can print your request, we will get back to you straight away to arrange your order. If not, we will add your request to our list of suggested product enhancements.

  19. What are "print ready" files? top
  20. For information on preparing your file for print please view File Preparation to ensure that you upload your image correctly to experience the best results.

  21. What is CMYK? top
  22. CMYK colour mode is used for files intended for print. It stands for the four inks used in the full colour process: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black.

  23. What is RGB? top
  24. RGB colour mode is used for display on electronic systems, such as computer monitors. It stands for Red, Green, and Blue. The RGB colour model is an additive model in which the colours are added together in different ways to produce a wide array of colours.

  25. Can I order by telephone? top
  26. No, all our orders are taken via our website. If you are having problems ordering, please call us at 0845 680 8072 (charged at local rate) and one of our service assistants will guide you through the process.

  27. What if I miss delivery of my goods? top
  28. Our courier will leave you a calling card to let you know they have tried to deliver. Please contact the courier on the number provided on the card to re-arrange delivery of your goods.

  29. Is your packaging branded in any way? top
  30. Our products will come with a small OasisPrint sticker which can be easily removed, without damaging the packaging.  If you would like to become an OasisPrint reseller, please Contact Us.

  31. What payment methods do you accept? top
  32. We accept all major credit cards, including: Visa Debit, Visa Credit Europe, Visa International, Visa Electron, MasterCard Credit Europe, MasterCard International and MasterCard Corporate.

  33. Do you offer any discounts? top
  34. Yes, frequently. For current offers and discounts, please visit our "Offers" page. Additionally, we sometimes send out emails with special offers to our customers. We will ensure that you do not receive these emails too often, and that you are easily able to opt-out of these emails whenever you want.

  35. Which printing method do you use? top
  36. We use both Lithographic (Litho) and Digital printing.

  37. What happens if my delivery does not arrive? top
  38. Should your order not arrive on the day it was due to be delivered, please get in touch with one of our service assistants via our Contact Us page.

  39. Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order? top
  40. Please ensure you enter your details correctly before submitting. In special circumstances, it may be possible to change the delivery address depending on where your order is in production.

  41. Can I see some samples? top
